Lamb

GreenHaven Farm lamb is pasture-raised using regenerative agriculture and rotational grazing practices that support healthy animals, healthy soil, and resilient pastures. Our sheep are raised in small flocks with plenty of room to graze naturally. We offer a variety of farm-direct cuts, including ground lamb, shoulder steaks, loin and rib chops, leg roasts, shanks, soup bones, and suet. Availability is seasonal and quantities are limited.
