A traditional centerpiece cut with plenty of flavor. Lamb leg is excellent roasted with garlic, rosemary and herbs, and is equally good cooked slowly until tender. Our smaller pasture-raised lambs should produce nicely sized roasts that work well for a family meal without requiring a large gathering.
