One of our favorite cuts for big lamb flavor. Lamb shoulder steaks are a hearty, bone-in cut with excellent flavor and are especially good marinated and grilled or cooked slowly until tender. We’ll be developing some of our own GreenHaven recipes to help you get the most out of this lesser-known cut.

Pricing: Sold by the pound at $18.00/lb. Each package of shoulder steaks averages approximately 2 pounds, making the estimated regular price about $36.00 per package. The $18.00 price shown when ordering represents the price per pound, not the price of the entire package. Your final total will be calculated using the actual weight of your package, with any remaining balance due at pickup.
