Our T-bone pork chops are a premium, bone-in cut known for their tenderness, flavor, and beautiful marbling. Cut approximately 1¼ inches thick, they are ideal for grilling or searing in a cast-iron skillet. Raised in the woods and on pasture, our heritage pigs enjoy certified organic, soy-free feed from a local mill and naturally forage on acorns, roots, apples, and watermelon. All of our pork is processed and packaged at a USDA-inspected facility in Forest City, NC. These thick-cut chops offer the rich flavor and exceptional quality that come from careful raising and a natural life outdoors.
There are 2 pork chops per package. Approximate weight is 1.5 to 2.2 pounds.
