Our heritage pigs are raised in the woods and on pasture, where they spend their days rooting, foraging, and enjoying a natural life outdoors. We feed them certified organic, soy-free feed from a local mill, and they also forage on acorns and roots while enjoying farm-grown treats like apples and watermelon. All of our pork is processed and packaged by a USDA-certified butcher in Forest City, NC. The result is flavorful, well-marbled ground pork that reflects the quality of how our animals are raised.
