Our ducks are back laying and we are now offering duck eggs again starting April 1st, 2026. We have a small flock, and the inventory as listed here will be updated based on how much we have collected during the past few days. Duck eggs store for a long time, longer than chicken eggs. Dan loves to cook the duck eggs for breakfast sunny side up. Helena loves the rich taste for backing and claims it makes the best baked goods. We feed our ducks certified organic feed, and they free range in our orchard where they have access to forage and run around as much as they want. Dan even built a duck pond for them that is spring fed so they always have fresh water. Our ducks lives their best life here on the farm!
