Denver steak is a richly marbled, flavorful cut that is both tender and versatile. Cut from the shoulder, it has excellent texture and deep pork flavor, making it a great choice for grilling, cast-iron searing, or slicing for a hearty meal. Our heritage pigs are raised in the woods and on pasture, where they root, roam, and forage naturally. They are fed certified organic, soy-free feed from a local mill and also enjoy acorns, roots, apples, and watermelon. All of our pork is processed and packaged at a USDA-inspected facility in Forest City, NC. This is a premium cut that delivers exceptional flavor and the quality that comes from careful raising.
