About the event
This chicken processing class will give you the knowledge, experience and confidence to process your own chickens humanely. Every detail of processing a chicken from a live bird to the freezer will be covered. Lunch will be provided. Be sure to bring a cooler because you'll be taking a whole chicken home with you. You can also purchase additional birds for $30.00 each.
