Sheep Butchery Workshop

We will butcher a full grown sheep from start to finish.  This is a hands on workshop and each person will be very involved in the process.  The carcass will be broken down into primal cuts then down to individual cuts.  This class will give you the knowledge and confidence to process your own meat at home.  The techniques taught in this class will apply to other  animals you may need to process.  Each participant will also bring home sheep meat at the end of the day.  So bring a cooler.  Lunch will be provided.
